Camera straight on, lips together and relaxed. Don't try to pose — this is our baseline.

Straight on again, smiling the way you normally would in a photo.

Say cheese.
A wide grin, straight on, showing as many teeth as you comfortably can.

Close up.
Repeat the wide grin, but bring the camera closer so your mouth fills the frame.

Side view.
Gently pull your cheek away with a clean finger, bite together, and photograph each side.
