What's a PCO — and why does it matter?
A Patient Care Co-ordinator (PCO) is your dedicated guide at Horizons Clinic. Not a receptionist, not a nurse — a single person who owns your care from your first question to your last review.
Before you ever sit in a dentist's or hygienist's chair, you meet your PCO. In a relaxed, unhurried session they take a full history, listen to what's worried or excited you about your teeth, take photographs (with your consent), do a digital scan, and walk you through every option — including the option to do nothing yet. Only then, if you want to, do we book you in with a clinician.
