Common questions

Straight answers.

How long does treatment take?+

Most cases run 6–18 months depending on complexity. Your preview shows the exact projected duration.

Do they hurt?+

You'll feel pressure for the first day or two of each new tray — that pressure is the movement working.

Can I take them out?+

Yes, for eating and drinking anything other than water. They must be worn 22 hours a day for the plan to hold.
